  • Why are FAQs important?
    FAQs are a great way to help website visitors find quick answers and create a better browsing experience.
  • The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?
    If an item is out of stock, please contact the our team who will be able to check all of our stock locations in your region. Alternatively, the team will be able to assist with a similar product design.
  • Where does MYR manufacture its garments?
    We are an international brand, and we are proud to work with some of the best manufacturers worldwide. We design all our products in Brazil, and 100% of our production is located in Brazil.
  • How do I know my size?
    Our size guide is available on every product page.
  • Is there any difference in the sizing of shorts that have the same size and style?
    Just like with any garment made, there is a certain tolerance in this item. While we do our best to avoid these inconsistencies, we cannot guarantee that all items will be identical. We recommend consulting our complete size guide when choosing the right fit.
  • If I find a defect in a MYR item, how do I resolve it?
    If you purchased the item directly from MYR, either online or in one of our physical stores, you can visit us at our locations or email MYR customer service with details of the defect and your proof of purchase. If the item was purchased from one of our franchises, distributors, or third-party online retailers, you can also visit them at their establishment or contact their customer service.
  • My solid color shorts look different from those with photographic prints.
    All of our solid color shorts are made from 100% quick-drying polyester. However, those with photographic prints are made from 100% polyester, and we know that a printed polyester results in a much better finish. We assure you that this does not affect the quality of the shorts, and these shorts are also quick-drying.
  • Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
    We can only make limited changes to each order within 10 minutes of it being placed. After that period and before shipping, no changes can be made to your order, including color, size, quantity, or shipping address. Please contact MYR customer service by phone or live chat as soon as possible if you wish to make changes. Please note that during busy days or sale seasons, no adjustments or cancellations can be made to orders.
  • I’m missing an item from my order. What should I do?
    If you notice that an item is missing from your order, please contact MYR customer service as soon as possible. Provide them with your order number and details about the missing item so they can assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Has my order been shipped yet?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email. This will include the tracking reference that you can use to monitor the progress of your order.

    Sim. Para adicionar mídia, siga estas etapas: 1. Gerencie suas FAQs no painel de controle ou no Editor 2. Crie uma nova FAQ ou edite uma existente 3. Na caixa de texto da resposta, clique no ícone de vídeo, imagem ou GIF 4. Adicione mídia e salve.
  • Como edito ou removo o título "Perguntas frequentes"?
    Você pode editá-lo na aba "Configurações" da FAQ no Editor. Para editar ou remover o título do seu app mobile, vá para a aba "Site e app" no app Owner.
